Tips to Have a Healthy and Good Looking Skin

Having a healthy skin is like having a healthy life. Whether we admit it or not we are very much conscious about our internal parts of the body. And because of that consciousness some tried using different products just to meet their physical goal.

Various products are available in the market promising to the users that it gives lots of benefits upon using it, and without knowing that each skin type have different skin reactions. So instead of wanting to have a beautiful and healthy skin what u get is a damage skin.

All I can share with you instead of using those different expensive beauty products you try using a mild soap every time you cleanse your body especially your face, which is the most sensitive part.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day. This is also very important because water serves as a lubricant in our body. It also helps to alleviate constipation by moving food through the intestinal track and thereby eliminating waste is the best detox agent.

Lastly, get enough sleep.

If you will just follow all these, aside from saving money you can have also a healthy beautiful good looking skin.

Guidelines for Getting a Good Night's Sleep

Having a good night’s sleep is really important to our overall health and well being. According to the article that I had read when people get less than 6 or 7 hours of sleep each night, their risk for developing diseases begins to increase. So watch out for this if you don’t want to be the one. So are you the one who have this sleeping problem? Try to do the things below and we’ll see if it really works.

  • Start to have a schedule and stick to it; sleep when you are sleepy but try to get up and go to bed each day at about the same time.
  • Get heavy curtains or shades to block out bright light early in the morning if you are awakening earlier than you’d like.
  • Use a fan or other means of creating a steady, soothing sound to drown out other noises.
  • Minimize alcohol and caffeine intake; avoid caffeine after noon and don’t use alcohol as a sedative before bed.
  • Check your medication list. Because there are some medicines can interfere with sleep, ask your doctor or pharmacist about the medicines you take.
  • Avoid having heavy meals or excessive fluids within an hour or two of bedtime.
  • Don’t exercise robustly after within several hours of bedtime.

The Danger of Big Round Belly

In the past, when we saw a person with round belly, we thought that was a sign of success. It was portable evidence that a man can afford to live the good life. But today men who look like they have swallowed a big watermelon receive a stern warning from their doctors that this is a bad sign of health disaster.

There’s increasing scientific proof that a big, round belly can have life threatening implications. We have long known that potbellied people have more heart attacks, and develop hypertension and diabetes more often, too.

In 1996 a Harvard study determined that men with round, fleshy bellies are two to three times more likely to suffer from strokes than trim men. Fat belly is also associated with high-levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol and elevated insulin levels.

Obesity has a long been recognized as a health menace, but scientist now agree that belly girth is a better indicator of mortality than weight or other measures of body fat.

So the message is clear that the numbers on your bathroom scale is less worrisome than the width of your belt.

Falling Hair

Do you have this kind of problem? Falling hair is not rare issues anymore so no need for you to be panic, you’re not alone. Hair has a life cycle and every hair that grows falls out in a matter of time then new hair grows as a replacement.

Different studies conducted for the past few years to gather data and to trace the cause why such problem arises. As the findings, falling hair varies on the rate of hair growth, age, length of the hair and the color as well.

Another factor to consider also is the physical or emotional stress, hormonal imbalance during pregnancy, scalp infection, etc.
